CIRCULATION AND DISTRIBUTIVE NETWORK

BelGuest Belgrade Visitors’ Magazine is a Free Copy publication published four times a year with the circulation of 7000 copies and it is distributed into the primary network including hotels, rent-a-car agencies and VIP mailing list. BelGuest is regularly distributed to the following Belgrade hotels: Intercontinental, Hyatt Regency, Hotel In, Slavija lux, Alexander Palace, Moskva, Metropol, Kasina, Palace, Best Western Hotel M, Hotel N, Park, Slavija B, President Kovilovo, Best Western Hotel Sumadija, Balkan, Srbija, Le Petite Piaf, Prag, Skala, Zlatnik, Lav, Rex, Putnik, Rsum Residence, Country Club Hotel Babe, Elite Palic, President Palic. The primary distributive network includes major rent-a-car agencies such as: Budget, Autotehna, National rent-a-car… BelGuest is by personalized delivery sent to ambassadors, international culture centers managers, chosen structure of our politicians at the level of the republic and the city. Mailing list contains major governmental and non-governmental organizations. VIP mailing list is under the authority of our co-publisher Belgrade Tourist Organization. 4000 copies of an issue go on the primary distribution. The second part of the distribution includes the VIP lounge of Belgrade Airport, Serbian Tourist Organization Protocol, Serbian European Movement, SIEPA, USAID, and UNDP… Over JAT Media Center the magazine is sent to the international branches, and Belgrade Tourist Agency represents it at all international fairs it takes part in. About 1800 copies make this distributive part. Our mailing and the delivery list represent the third part of the distribution including our regular partners and advertisers, potential advertisers and institutions we have constant cooperation with. About 1200 copies are distributed in such way.

TIRAŽ I DISTRIBUTIVNA MREŽA

BelGuest - Belgrade Visitors' Magazin je Free Copy publikacija koja izlazi u tiražu od 7000 primeraka i distribuira se u primarnu mrežu koja podrazumeva hotele, rent-a-car agencije i VIP mailing listu. BelGuest redovno dobijaju sledeći beogradski hoteli i distribuiraju ih po svojim sobama i/ili guest relation službama: Intercontinental, Hyatt Regency, Slavija lux, Aleksandar Palas, Moskva, Metropol, Kasina, Palace, hotel M Best Western, Hotel N, Park, Slavija B, President Kovilovo, Best Western hotel Šumadija, Balkan, Srbija, Le Petite Piaf, Prag, Skala, Zlatnik, Lav, Rex, Putnik, Rezime Rezidens, Country Club Hotel Babe. Izvan Beograda časopis se redovno šalje u sledeće hotele u Novom Sadu: Park, Leopold I, Alexandar, Novi Sad, Panorama i Gymnas, i Paliću: Elitte Palić i Prezident Palić. U primarnu distributivnu mrežu uključene su i veće rent-a-car agencije. BelGuest se personalizovanom pošiljkom šalje: ambasadorima, direktorima 1 inostranih kulturnih centara, kompletnoj strukturi naših političara na nivou republike i grada. Mailing lista sadrži i druge bitne vladine i nevladine organizacije. Drugi krug distribucije pokriva formalne i neformalne organizacije koje okupljaju strance – IWC (Međunarodni klub žena), UNDP, Klub investitora okupljen oko SIEPE, personalizovano se šalje strancima – direktorima banaka, regionalnih predstavništava i komora. Korisnici BelGuest-a su i privatne klinike, Club house Golf kluba Beograd, Gemax tenis klub, Evropskog pokret Srbije i veće internacionalne manifestcije kulture (BITEF, BELEF, Festival igre, Gutar art...) Preko Jat medija centra časopis se šalje u međunarodna predstavništva, a preko Turističke organizacije Beograda prisutan je na svim inostranim turističkim sajmovima na kojima grad nastupa. Treći krug distribucije predstavlja naša mailing i dostavna lista koja obuhvata naše stalne partnere i oglašivače, potencijalne oglašivače i institucije sa kojima imamo kontinuiranu saradnju. Na ovaj način distribuiramo oko 1200 primeraka. Od 2003. godine BelGuest se obavljuje na interenetu. Po statistici internet stranice BelGuest Magazina prošle godine je posetilo 167.000 posetilaca. Na sajtu objavljujemo linkove naših partnera i oglašivača.
